Everything is good here, had a relaxing stay for the whole vacation. The venue has great setting in Downtown Puerto Vallarta district very close to the many clubs and the bars and clud zone. The stuff are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind and deserve a 3-star rating.

Magnificent and the best location in Puerto Vallarta, near night clubs, many good restaurants and the center of romantic zone.

The venue is fairly clean, with unbelievably GOOD and absolutely perfect location right by all the major sights or easy to get a cab, and buses departing for other parts of town. Overall good food, plus there is Bravos Restaurant Bar close by.

The staff was excellent and amiable, the room was huge.

Quiet little place in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. Top-class and excellent staff and altogether a VERY RELAXING experience. Easy check-in, late check-out. Clean pool. Comfortable location close to the beach.

It's right in the heart of the bustling central zona romantica area, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys the vibrant atmosphere and variety of food and bars. The value for money is really good, especially considering that breakfast is included. The rooms are well maintained and the balcony facing the busy street offers a great view. The staff, especially Lupita and Roberto, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Another highlight is the well-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

All in all, everything at this hotel was just fine.

Got air conditioned, well-equipped room with ac. Location: the hotel was just next door to convenience stores, the coast in a very rural town for three reasons, and many good restaurants and bars.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel in downtown Puerto Vallarta. The facilities were wonderful - all tiled and spotlessly clean. The rooftop area with a pool was simply beautiful, perfect for lounging in the sun. The location was also a major plus, being centrally located in the old town. Lupita and Roberto, the caretakers, took very good care of us during our stay. Roberto even spoke English, which was a great help. I loved the hotel's proximity to the beach and everything else in the area.

My stay at this hotel felt almost like being at home, there really was no reason to complain.
